Information pursuant to article 13 of the personal data protection Code

We wish to advise you, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Code on Privacy' or the 'Code'), that the information and data supplied by you or otherwise collected within this contact form shall be processed by BC Bendoni Communication S.r.l., as the official organiser of the GLOBE SOCCER event, in compliance with the Code.

With reference to the above indicated purposes, the processing of your personal data shall be carried out in compliance with the laws in force, by means of electronic and/or online means, using a logic closely connected to the above indicated purposes, in order to guarantee the security and the confidentiality of data, including through the adoption of the minimum security measures as per article 31 of the Code and according to the 'Technical Specifications concerning security measures' [Annex (B) of the Code].
We would like to inform you that the provided data could be communicated to following subjects or categories of subjects or that the same subjects could otherwise come to know the related information: technical consultants, Bendoni Communication's employees, persons in charge of the processing of your requests.
Your data will not be disseminated. Also in the case of communication/transfer of data to a foreign country, the processing concerned shall be carried out in full compliance with articles 42-45 of the Code, with EU Directive no. 46/95/EC for transborder data flow within EU Member States and with the related 'General Authorisations' released by the Italian Data Protection Authority and concerning the transfer of personal data towards non-EU countries.

(Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights)

1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.
- a) of the source of the personal data;
- b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
- c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
- d) of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Article 5(2);
- e) of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may acquire said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State's territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing.
- a) updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
- b) erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed;
- c) certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.
- a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
