14th edition of the Dubai International Sports Conference
Operating under the umbrella of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives, the Dubai International Sports Conference is organized by Dubai Sports Council under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and President of the Dubai Sports Council.
December 28 – 2019 marked the 14th anniversary of this renown event, which represents a very important date on the global football calendar to discuss the evolution of the sport on an annual basis. Every year, Dubai hosts some of the Top official representatives of Football and business to tackle the ‘Global Issues’ and ‘Focused Topics’ currently affecting the industry in a series of panels, one-to-one interviews, keynote addresses, presentations and workshops. The DISC is a networking place which focuses on the main issues and especially on the importance of the institutions, clubs and players in the game of football.
Throughout the last 13 years, DISC has grown to become one of football’s top brainstorming events, identifying relevant issues in the sport and conversing with decision makers to not just find solutions, but also develop new horizons.
The attention of the entire football world has been drawn once again to the Emirates on the End of December 2019, when Dubai hosted the 14th edition of the Dubai International Sports Conference.
The Conference is now well established as a key forum for discussion on the global development of the game and has grown on its remit to bring together the top leaders in all areas of football including chairman, directors, referees, agents, players and coaches. This provides a unique opportunity for all participants to share their combined expertise and experience.
