Fabio Capello Coach Career Award

Among the first of the Italian School technicians to accept the idea of also training abroad, he paved the way for the success enjoyed by all the others. With this award he is representing one of the most highly-regarded categories.
He has won championships with three teams in Italy – a unique achievement – twice winning La Liga with Real Madrid in Spain. In Athens in 1993-94 he also excelled by winning a Champions League with Milan.
But Capello was also a great champion on the pitch, winning as Player with Milan, Juventus and Roma. When he played for the national team it was his goal that gave the Azzurri their important first victory at Wembley in 1973.
