In this all-Italian celebration, the Italian team could not possibly be passed up. Italy is recognised in Dubai and internationally as the absolute winner of the Best National Team of the Year award.
Italy returns to prominence once again, to raise high the name of one of the great European teams, one that for some years missed out on winning a European title. Just consider that the last time Italy was European Champion was way back in 1968.
