Robert Lewandowski TikTok Fans’ Player of the Year

Already awarded last year with the Globe Soccer Award for Best Player of the Year, this year he earns the honour of being crowned Player of the Year by the public voting through our title sponsor’s platform, TikTok. This award represents Globe Soccer’s top recognition alongside Best Men’s Player of the Year.
It is no surprise that the Polish player won, having missed out on the Golden Ball last year only for organisational issues related to the world pandemic. But everyone knows he deserved it: even Messi knows it, so much so that during this year’s ceremony, accepting his seventh Ballon d’Or, he talked about the fine qualities of the Bayern Munich forward.
