Eric Wynalda is a former US player and soccer analyst for Fox Sports. He is presently a candidate for the presidency of the US Soccer Federation, the election for which will be held in February 2018.
His electoral bid is based on the awareness that change is the only way to improve football in the United States, as well as the work of the Federation.
Soccer is expanding rapidly in America, and despite the elimination of the national team from the 2018 World Cup, it is fair to say that the men’s game will be able to achieve the figures and results guaranteed by the now well-established women’s game.
